Meet the Team

Boise has a very unique creative community and it is growing quick. This was the inspiration behind the idea that started it all. We started Studio Boise with the idea of having a community-supported creative space where artists can bring their clients, hone their skills, or simply get creative. We  continue to try and keep the atmosphere fun, relaxed, and judgment-free. We believe artists and creatives work best when they feel at home, and that's what we hope to accomplish. Check out some fun information on the Studio Boise Crew and the roles they play in this community. He has over a decade of professional photography experience in many different areas like weddings and portraits, but his passion for the outdoors keeps landscape photography the priority. Lisa Marie Pane - Psychology of a Headshot Workshop Teacher Lisa is a headshot and portrait photographer who considers herself YOUR expression and personal branding coach. Sessions with her are a bit like a standup comedy routine with lots of one-liners meant to relax even the most nervous clients, but it’s all designed to get down to the business of producing images with the powerful combination of confidence and approachability. Lisa is an associate with the Peter Hurley Headshot Crew, a global network of headshot photographers; of the Crew’s 15,000 members, only about 120 around the world have been awarded associate status. When she’s not behind a camera, she’s likely out for a run, bike ride, hike or skiing. She’s also a java junkie and can be bribed with a Human Bean chocolate-covered coffee bean. View her work at: www.lmpanephotography.com Fun Fact: She used to hold the state powerlifting records in Georgia in her age and weight class for bench press, squat and deadlift. (Shhh, don’t tell anyone, but she was only person in her age and weight class to compete!) Email: lisa@lmpanephotography.com Follow me on Instagram.

Dave Madsen - Studio Boise Crew Member, part of our “Saturday Crew”. The word "photography" means light drawing, or drawing with light. Dave takes that to heart in a very literal way. Light and shadow are the first thing Dave sees when setting up a shot and are as much a part of the final composition as the people in the shot. The ability to control the light is why he prefers working in the studio to working outside. Dave frequently says, "natural light is beautiful, but it's fleeting and unpredictable." Dave's particular style and skillset has made him popular as a boudoir photographer and frequently works with the area's top models. Fun Fact: Dave's hair started going grey at 18 He's had that gorgeous silvery platinum hair for half of his life.
